Hey there BrandsMart Fam, welcome back! This week we’re going just a little off the beaten path with a new product from Samsung. The Sero is Samsung’s answer to the question, “What do you do if you want to see the content on your phone, but in full-scale HD?” Today, we’d like to introduce you to the most mobile-friendly television that we have ever seen.
The Sero is, at its core, a 43″ QLED 4K UHD TV. We’re talking Quantum HDR, AI upscaling, smart-enabled, and theater-worthy. This TV can do anything that any premium 43″ can do with ease, folks. The magic comes from the Sero’s transforming feature. When activated by an app or a tap from your phone, the Sero will rotate 90 degrees and take a vertical orientation. Like this, your media won’t be plagued by shrinkage or the dreaded black bars – this mode mirrors your phone screen with smart scaling. Scroll your feed, check your timelines and catch up on your favorite content creators with crystal clear visuals and a deep, premium sound.
See, Samsung had to build the Sero onto a base to allow it to rotate. An attractive navy blue, the base is more than just support. Samsung didn’t waste this real-estate, friends. They put a forward-facing 60W audio system beneath the screen and loaded it up with Dolby Digital Plus audio. Enjoy deep bass, full and crisp highs and mediums augmented by Samsungs’ Active Voice Amplifier, which analyzes ambient noise and enhances voices to ensure you hear them cleanly.
With a supporting suite of smart-features and compatibility with Bixby, Alexa, and the Google Assistant, the Sero does the job with elegance and ease. And like we saw before, the Sero can even rotate with nothing more than a tap from your Samsung phone. It has Apple users covered too with Airplay 2 built-in, so you aren’t left out! Really, for the Social-Media adept, there’s just no better way to enjoy your time scrolling.
Samsung rarely misses the mark when they innovate. We’d call the Sero a bulls-eye any day of the week if what you’re looking for is a flexible entertainment system with rock-solid specs and a lean towards mobile media, especially in a time where we are more connected to our phones than ever. Coupled with the fact that we’re all cooped up and passing quarantine time with TV…it just makes good sense to build a companion device to our most used technology. Samsung planned and executed the Sero with usability and entertainment in mind – and isn’t that what it’s all about?
It was good to see you again! We’ll catch you next Wednesday.
